Wenn Ler commenced legal practicein 2023 after having completed her training in theCorporate & CapitalMarkets team at another leading firm in Singapore.
•Supportedin an M&A transaction for a sale of a notable F&B business up to S$9million, as seller’s counsel.
•Supportedin a public M&A transaction for a sale of a private company to Asia Enterprises Holding Limited, a major distributor of a comprehensive range ofsteel products listed in the Singapore Exchange up to S$8.8 million, as seller’s counsel.
•Assisted Chasen Holdings Limited in various transactions including, waiver to the Singapore Exchange from compliance with listing rules, the disposal of their material subsidiaries of up to S$67 million to Kuehne + Nagel International AG, listed on the Swiss StockExchange and disposal of an indirect subsidiary.
•Assisted as Borrower’s counsel in a S$175 million financing transaction.
•Assisted in a broad range of transactions and corporate actions undertaken by Singapore listed companies, including ensuring adherence to all relevant exchange regulations.
