•Assisted in the initial public offering (IPO) of Lum Chang CreationsLimited on the Catalist board of the SGX-ST, acting for RHT Capital Pte. Ltd., as the issue manager andfull sponsor.
•Assisted as Borrower's counsel in a S$175 million financing transaction.
•Assisted in the renounceable, non-underwritten rights issue of Aoxin Q & M Dental Group Limited of up to 511,522,048 new ordinary shares for an aggregate sum of approximately $15.35 million.
