Nadia is involved in corporate and commercial matters, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. She has experience supporting both domestic and cross-border transactions in Singapore and China.
Career
Nadia commenced legal practice in 2024 after having obtained the China Certificate of the Legal Profession Qualification.

Notable Experience
· Assisted in a series of Singapore acquisitions by a Hong Kong Exchange–listed group with an aggregate value of over S$35million, involving 10 companies and more than 30 operating entities, with a focus on legal due diligence and drafting of transaction documents.
· Assisted a China-based industrial technologygroup in its S$20 million cross-border acquisition of a Singapore company andits subsidiaries.
· Assisted with legal due diligence for over 10 Singapore subsidiaries of Chinese listed and pre-IPO companies across the healthcare, technology, and renewable energy sectors.
